Travis D. Weitzel
Travis is an experienced civil trial and appellate lawyer with trials to verdict in Travis, Williamson, Bell, and Hays Counties. Travis practices general civil trial and appellate law, but primarily focuses on commercial contracts, personal injury, and insurance litigation, while also providing services in wills, estates, trusts, probate, property disputes, and consumer rights violations, among other legal services.
Travis is a fifth-generation native Texan, and grew up in and around the Austin area. Prior to starting his own firm, Travis spent several years with the renowned litigation law firm Howry, Breen & Herman, LLP, where he gained extensive experience in contracts, insurance, and personal injury matters, representing consumers, insurers, self-insureds, and injured persons.
